We do not supply generic cover supervisors. Every staff member is a trained specialist in SEMH, SEND, and crisis de-escalation, specifically recruited and coached to manage complex behavioural needs.
No, we offer flexible terms. You can request specialist supply for short-term crisis cover, phased integration, or long-term 1:1 pupil support.
Yes. In addition to rigorous clinical interviews, all staff undergo enhanced DBS checks, barred list clearance, and comprehensive safeguarding vetting before entering any school.
